Job Description:
- Develop marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
- Position Mooimom to be most preferable brand for mom & baby products and increased engagement from customers
- Manage events and public relation/media to maximize cross-promotion and brand exposure opportunities
- Monitor long term partnerships strategy to increase users/customers
- Devise Content Marketing
- Create retention program to increase customer loyalty
- Work closely with sales team to understand consumer behavior in developing marketing tactics
Job Requirement:
- At least held bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, multimedia or related area
- Minimal 8 years experiences in Marketing. Experience in FMCG/retail will be a plus
- Good understanding in key marketing metrics
- Hands on experience in ATL/BTL, digital marketing, content marketing, and branding
- Strong creativity, detailed oriented, good interpersonal skill, and self-motivated
- Familiar with mom and baby product
