She brings over 4 years of collective experience from both the strategic advisory and venture capital fronts. This includes three years at EY Strategy & Transactions, where she performed complex financial modelling for buy-side and sell-side transactions across diverse sectors. Her advisory work includes architecting debt and organizational restructurings, performing valuations for Indonesian banks, and advising on major infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies for SOE hydrogen power plants. This foundational expertise was expanded during her 1.5 years at a Hong Kong-based VC firm focused on Southeast Asia, giving her a sharp investor perspective. Vivian, a CFA Charterholder, leverages this powerful combination of rigorous analysis and operational insight to identify and accelerate companies ready for transformative growth.
