- Accountable for overall Dekoruma branding strategy and execution.
- Strengthen Dekoruma brand equity to achieve no 1 home living brand in Indonesia by 2024.
- Manage branding budget, internal and external activity to ensure Dekoruma brand is effectively understood and loved by customer in every customer touch point.
- Leverage existing Dekoruma digital and offline presence to create a delightful shopping experience.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in building consumer brand in Indonesia, preferably from female or young family related category.
- Proven success in utilizing multiple channels and enrolling multiple projects to create holistic branding campaign.
- Strong communication, both in verbal and written, with the ability to synthesize complex processes into communicable information.
- People person, hands-on with bias for action and strong project management track record.
- Strong network from media, KOL, artist, communities, etc and proven experiences in leveraging network to boost brand activities.
- At least Bachelor Degree from reputable University.
