Backstory
At Skystar Capital, Herman plays an active role in sourcing investments, evaluating opportunities, and supporting founders through their early to growth-stage. He combines principle thinking with a hands-on approach, helping portfolio companies for scalable growth.
Before joining Skystar, Herman gained deep experience in PE fund investment project and operating roles into startup execution scaling a tech company from early stage through Series C. He began his career and built foundation in Deals Advisory, working on transactions and commercial assessments across various industries.
Herman holds a Master of Business in Finance from The Australian National University (ANU) and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering. He has strong interest in entrepreneurship and social cause.
